The challenge
The clinic ran on manual follow-up and phone booking. There were no confirmations or reminders, no nurture, and no pipeline to track where a patient was in their journey. In healthcare the timing and tone of a message matter more than usual. A reminder sent at the wrong hour is not a small mistake.
What I built
I built the complete CRM and automation system in GoHighLevel, with four appointment workflows that handle timing, tagging, and branching, and channels coordinated so SMS never fires outside clinic hours.

Results
The system handles the work the front desk used to do by hand, and it does it on schedule. Confirmations, reminders, and follow-ups go out at the right time on the right channel, and the pipeline shows exactly where every patient sits. Careful timing is not a nice-to-have in healthcare. It is the whole point.
