The challenge
Cars From Home had a loyal YouTube audience and a growing list, but no backend. Campaigns went out ad hoc, automations were incomplete, list management was manual, and there was no journey carrying viewers toward paid membership. The audience was there. The system to convert it was not.
What I built
I built the full ecosystem from zero, six sequences plus a tagged and segmented list, with SMS running alongside email and the whole thing tied to their YouTube content calendar.

Results
A 52% average open rate on a real, segmented list is what happens when the audience trusts the sender and the content matches the moment. The work collected 15-plus named testimonials from the client team along the way. The system now runs in step with their YouTube schedule instead of trailing behind it.
